Search Website Users
Select "Clients" from the admin tab
Select the "Website Users" tab
Website Users can be searched by name, email and phone number or filtered using the grey drop-down box as to whether they're Activated or Registered.
Activate Website User
After buyers register on the Website they will automatically be emailed to confirm their address and activate their account.
💡 Make sure users check their Junk / Spam folder if they didn't receive it.
If they can't find it users can be activated manually through the system...
Select "Website Users" under the "Clients" admin tab
Search for the user you wish to activate (Users can be searched by name, email and phone number). You can also filter to only see registered users by using the grey drop-down box to select "Registered" and then selecting the blue "Search"
Select the check box next to the user you wish to activate
Confirm the email address shown is accurate
Select the blue "Activate"
