Dispatch

Keep track of dispatched stock. Search for, Create, Cancel, Print and Email Dispatches

Search for a Dispatch

  1. Select the "Stock" admin tab

  2. Select the "Dispatched" tab

  3. Dispatches can be searched by reference, buyer name, email and phone number. Select by clicking the date link to view its information.


Create a New Dispatch

Through the Client

  1. Select the Client you wish to dispatch to (Clients can be searched by name, email and phone number or filtered by tag under the "Clients" admin tab)

  2. Select the "Buying History" tab

  3. Select the blue "Dispatch Items" on the top right

  4. Select the items you wish to dispatch and add a comment (for example courier numbers) then select the green "Save"

Through the Receipt

  1. Select "Receipts" under the "Accounts" admin tab

  2. Select the Receipt for the Item you wish to dispatch (Receipts can be searched by client, reference and amount if unbatched or select it from a Receipt batch on the right)

  3. Select the blue "Dispatch" on the top right

  4. Select the items you wish to dispatch and add a comment (for example courier numbers) then select the green "Save"


Cancel Dispatch

  1. Select "Dispatched" under the "Stock" admin tab

  2. Select the Dispatch you wish to cancel from the list (Dispatches can be searched by reference, buyer name, email or phone number)

  3. Select the settings icon in the top right

  4. Select the white "Cancel Dispatch" button that drops down

  5. Confirm by selecting the blue "Yes"

This item will continue to show under the dispatch tab but its status will change to "Cancelled".


Print/Email Dispatch

  1. Select "Dispatched" under the "Stock" admin tab

  2. Select the dispatch you wish to print or email by selecting its date (Dispatches can be searched by reference, buyer name, email or phone number)

  3. Email or Print the dispatch using the white buttons on the top right

  4. Confirm by following the pop-up box's instructions
