Get Vendor Account Information (including account balance, payment methods and transactional history) and Update Vendor Payment Methods

Get Vendor Account Information

  1. Select the "Clients" admin tab

  2. Select the Client you wish to get the vendor account information for (Clients can be searched by name, email and phone number or filtered by tag)

  3. Select the "Account" tab

The Vendor's account balance, payment methods and history can now be viewed.


Update Vendor Payment Methods

  1. Select the Client you wish to update the payment method of (Clients can be searched by name, email and phone number or filtered by tag on the right under the "Clients" admin tab)

  2. Select the "Account" tab

  3. Select the white "Edit Method" on the bottom right

  4. Select the new payment method from the grey drop-down box and fill in the information. Then Select the green "Save"
