Choose a Template
Select "Email" on the top right of the desired invoice, payment, consignment etc.
Select the white "Template" drop-down menu
Choose your desired template from the list
Create New Templates
Select "Email" on the top right of the desired invoice, payment, consignment etc.
Edit the Email Message and Subject
Select the white "Template" drop-down menu
Select "Save as new template"
Enter a template name and select the tickbox if you wish it to be the default
Confirm by selecting the green "Save" and the template will be added to the drop-down list.
Note: Template names are limited to 50 characters to fit the list format
Update Templates
Select "Email" on the top right of the desired invoice, payment, consignment etc.
Edit the Email Message and Subject
Select the white "Template" drop-down menu
Select the desired template from the list and edit the message
Select "Template" and choose "Update this template" from the drop-down list
Edit template name and confirm by selecting the green "Save"
Delete Templates
Select "Email" on the top right of the desired invoice, payment, consignment etc.
Select the white "Template" drop-down menu and choose the desired template
Select "Delete this template" from the drop-down "Template" menu
Confirm by selecting the blue "Yes"
Change Email Headings
By default, emails include a heading saying "Invoice Attached" or "Receipt Attached" - the same as the default subject of each as shown below:
To edit this heading text add a line to the top of your message and write "#" followed by the heading you desire.
This will change the heading as shown below:
