Email Alerts

Note: Email Alerts are included in some plans only

Set up Email Alerts to tell customers when sales are added that have items they may be interested in.

  1. This page is added to your website where customers can add alerts

  2. The Alerts a Client has chosen can be viewed against the client in the "Buyer" tab as shown below

  3. When a Sale is added the following note will appear if any items match the alert queries customers have registered:

  4. Select "Generate Alerts" in the bottom right box under the Sale's "Buyers" tab

  5. Confirm by selecting the blue "Yes"

  6. The Customer will receive an email showing the item as shown below:
