Managing Tasks & Notes within the team including how to view tasks, add tasks, add notes and update tasks.

View my Tasks / Calendar

View the Tasks assigned to you and upcoming auctions on the dashboard

  1. Go to the Dashboard by selecting your company name on the top left

  2. View the list of tasks on the right.

  3. View your calendar for this week and next week on the left. This will include the list of auctions coming up.

Tasks are sorted by Date due and the person in charge of each can be seen above. Tasks can be ticked off on the dashboard and will disappear after 24 hours.


Add a Task

Keep on top of Tasks under the Dashboard.

  1. Select the Client you wish to add a task to (Clients can be searched by name, email or phone number under the "Clients" tab)

  2. Select "Add Task" under "Summary"

  3. Add the task description and due date

  4. Select the green "Add Task" button


Add a Note

Notes let you record conversations with a client so you can recall the details later and other staff can stay informed.

  1. Select the Client you wish to add a task to (Clients can be searched by name, email or phone number under the "Clients" tab)

  2. Select "Add Note" under "Summary"

  3. Add your comments and notes

  4. Select the green "Add Note" button


Update a Task

  1. Select your company name on the top left to find the Dashboard

  2. Select "Edit" next to the task you wish to update

  3. Update the task information and select the green "Save Task"
