Get Lot Details
View the Summary and worksheet of each Lot (including price realised, amounts paid to the vendor and amounts paid to the vendor)
Select the Sale you wish to see the lot details for (Sales can be searched by sale number and name or filtered by department and status under the "Sales" tab)
Select the "Lots" tab
Select the lot you wish to see the details of (Lots can be searched by name, lot number and contract item number or filter based on status)
View the Summary and Worksheet information of the lot. Under Summary, you can view the bidding history on the lot.
Schedule Lots
Select the Sale you wish to schedule lots in (Sales can be searched by name, description and contract number or filtered by department, category and status on the right under the "Sales" admin tab)
Select the "Lots" tab
Schedule an Existing Item
Select the drop-down arrow next to the blue "Schedule Lots"
Select the white "Schedule Existing Item"
Enter the contract/item number and select the blue "Search"
Add a new lot number and confirm by selecting the green "Schedule"
Consign a New Lot
Select the drop-down arrow next to the blue "Schedule Lots"
In the menu click "Cosign a new lot".
Enter lot details and click the green "Schedule Lot & Consign Another" to schedule.
Import New Lots
Lots can be imported into a sale from an Excel spreadsheet
Select the drop-down arrow next to the blue "Schedule Lots"
Select "Import New Lots"
Select the white"Download" on the top right to download a sample template, this will download an Excel document.
Fill in the Consignment, name and extra information of each lot you wish to import
Save the spreadsheet in CSV or xlsx format
Select the white "Select file..." on the right to choose a file or drag and drop it into the grey box around the button
Lots will appear in a list. Confirm the preview results, they will be consigned and booked/scheduled into the sale. Select the green "Consign Items".
Unschedule a Lot
Select the Sale you wish to unschedule (Sales can be searched by name, description and contract number or filtered by department, category and status on the right under the "Sales" admin tab)
Select the "Lots" tab.
On the right side of the screen select "Schedule Lots".
Enter the contract & item number of the lot you wish to unschedule then select the red "Unschedule" button.
Withdraw the Leading Bid
Leading Bids can only be withdrawn from unsold lots
Select the Sale you wish to withdraw the leading bid of (Sales can be searched by name, description and contract number or filtered by department, category and status on the right under the "Sales" admin tab)
Select the "Lots" tab
Select the Lot you wish to withdraw the leading bid of (Lots can be searched by name, lot number and contract item number or filtered by status using the grey drop-down box)
Select the Settings icon on the right
Select "Withdraw leading bid"
Note: Even once the bid is removed the lot thumbnail in the catalogue will still show the same number of bids.
Negotiate a Subject Lot
Select the Sale you wish to negotiate a subject lot in (Sales can be searched by name, description and contract number or filtered by department, category and status on the right under the "Sales" admin tab)
Select the "Lots" tab
Use the grey drop-down list to select "Subject" and view only subject lots
Select the Lot you wish to negotiate (lots can be searched by name, lot number and contract-item number)
Select the "Worksheet" tab
Here the buyer and seller premiums can be edited based on negotiations.
Confirm by selecting the green "Approve"
Print Negotiation Forms
Print a negotiation form for each lot that has not reached reserve and is subject to vendor approval.
